The Administrative Law Department at EBAME & Associats provides specialist legal advice with reference to the different activities of the different Public Administrations. Special emphasis is placed on providing advice to both public and private entities in the course of their activity and on the protection of the rights and interests of the party affected by administrative procedures.

The team of professionals comprising this Department has extensive experience in all areas of administrative law, including the following:

• Request, processing and acquisition of urban planning permission and licences from the appropriate authorities.
• Assistance in cases of administrative sanctioning proceedings being opened and mediation and negotiation with the Public Administrations.
• Drafting of Legal Reports concerning questions that may arise in the area of Administrative Law, Urban Planning and Environmental Law.
• Intervention and legal counsel in administrative and contentious-administrative appeals and arbitration proceedings.
• Due Diligence in issues related to Urban Planning and the Environment.
• Preparation and negotiation of contracts for the execution of works.
• Advice on liability issues for the different operators involved in the area of real estate construction and development.
