The user reserves the right to refuse to provide this information. In this case, EBAME & Associats reserves the right to terminate processing of the enquiry or the application. The written request should contain the full name of the user, permanent address, photocopy of National Identity Card or Passport, and a complete description of the right or rights to be exercised.
